The fashionable resort, and the place that is known by the rich and famous is Puerto Banus. It is located 6 km west of Marbella.

It is filled with delightful restaurants and fashion shops. All along the marina there are cafes and restaurants and here you have some of the most impressive yatchs. The views are amazing and there is something here for everyone. Eventhough a lot of the shops are designer wear like Gucci, Armani and Chanell, there is also shops with more reasonable prices.
For bargain hunters there is a market every Saturday in the bull fighting arena.

In the area there are several gofl courses. There is the 27 holes at La Quinta, or Los Naranjos Golf Club which has a 18 hole courses. Other golf courses in the area are La Brisas and Aloha Golf Club.
