Las Terrazas is a particular and most unique urbanisation on Costa del Sol. It is located just below Mijas Pueblo with a some fabolous views of the Mediterranean sea which sets a nice blue back ground between mature palm trees and gardens of urbanisation.
Las Terrazas was founded around 1980 and consists of only eleven big villas all with big green and mature garden areas. The current owners is a mix of all different nationalities as English, Irish, Norwegian, Belgium, German, Argentine, etc.
Las Terrazas enjoys the complete silence whereas it is a closed urbanisation with only one road which is blind so no traffic goes through. And it is well hidden from the main roads and still it takes just two minutes to get to Mijas Pueblo and some 10 minutes to get to the motorway.
