Most well kept by the very well functioning community. The whole complex and all access to garden and even down into the pool is all prepared for handicapped persons and wheel chairs.

Optimal location: Central and still it is very quiet at the same time. Just around the corner you have a supermarket, bus and taxi stop, chemist, restaurants, bars... and then it’s only a 10 minutes stroll to the beach and some 15 to the famous harbour Puerto Marina. The town centre of Arroyo de la Miel is only 15 minutes walk from the apartment and apart from being a most charming little townscenter with all kind of shops, offices, restaurants, bars, etc. you have here the train station taking you on the line from Malaga to Fuengirola.
This is a perfect holiday rental complex although a number of owners have moved there permanently. High investment potential.
