Negotiate agreements for the initial deposit and the private contract.

Advice and coordinate transfer of payments to ensure compliance with the new laws of property payments

Coordinate application for an NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjeros), which is the foreigners identification number needed at the date of going to the Notary Public.

Advice and assist with obtaining a mortgage

Prepare the documents, certificates and cheques for the Notary Public for the completion of the sale where the escritura (title deed) is made.

Register the title deeds with the Land Registry, register the property and the new owner with local supply organisations (power, telephone etc) and owner association (urbanisation).
