The Views
Panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea with Fuengirola town at its feet. At night Fuengirola is turned into a sea of lights that mingle with the stars in the big open Andalusian sky. All around in the mountains lights start popping up as the sun sets and colours the sky. The small mountain urbanisations and Mijas Pueblo village have suddenly been converted into lights in the night.

Prime Location
You are surrounded by these beautiful Mijas Mountains that end up by the big blue Mediterranean Sea. Behind the villa the big Mijas Mountains rise majestically with the little white mountain village Mijas Pueblo. The mountains goes on both sides of the villa and end in the east by the coastal town of Benalmadena and in west down by bay of El Faro. All tucked in by this fantastic scenery.

By walking up the road, you will get to Mijas Pueblo. Only 1600 meters. Here in Mijas Pueblo you can enjoy the small, narrow pedestrian streets that curve in between the small, white Andalusian houses. Maybe, go to the local baker for today´s bread, breath while enjoying the panoramic views and prepare then for lovely downhill back to the villa.

Easy access
From the villa to the N340 main road connecting Malaga and Marbella, there is only some 7 minutes drive! You can even take the road through the green urbanisations and go behind Mijas Pueblo and end up at the motor way by Benalmadena – this takes only some 13 minutes! Or in only 11 minutes, go down to the lively beach promenade in Fuengirola and enjoy a stroll along the sea and some of the many restaurants, bars and shops. 
Some 12 minutes drive to Alhaurin Golf and some also some 12 minutes to the many golf courses in La Cala de Mijas.


"Sol y Sombra"
During the summer months the sun can be tough during the daytime and you then tend to look for shady spots. Here you have covered terraces on the east, south and west side. In the morning you can sit on the east facing terraces enjoying the morning sun rising in the horizons of the sea. During the day hours, you might want to take your ice tea either on the east or west side terraces. Plenty of terraces and according to the sun you will always find several lovely spots in “Sol o Sombra” (sun or shade). Even in the fairy tale a-like garden, there are small romantic spots with antique garden furniture to have the morning or afternoon tea and coffee.



The Pool Area
A fantastic pool area. Lovely sun bathing around the pool. In connection this wonderful wood decking is an amazing viewing pole and relaxing point where the mountains, the beautiful garden and pool area and the house can be inhaled. Outside shower and toilet.

When sitting on the south facing terrace you have the view of the garden and the pool and just behind the blue water the blue sea.


Garden of Eden
Small curved paths takes you around in this “Garden of Eden” and it takes you to the fruit garden. Here all kinds of tropic fruits are being cultivated. The current owner has designed the garden himself and has the garden as a healthy full time occupation. An option, is to get a gardener to carry out part some of it, if occupied with other things. All along the gardens and the fruit garden, there is automatic irrigation.
