The penthouse terrace offers panoramic views over the Mediterranean, the mountains and the green surrounding and there is sun all day. The sunrice over the blue Mediterranean and the sunset behind the mountains are full look here from the terrace.

Evenings and nights are also a special experience. An orgy of colours on the open Andalusian sky shrink slowly for the thousands of stars, that mingle with the many light from the coastal towns as the darkness takes over. The well-known raslen from locusts forms the soundtrack.

This mini-complex is surrounded by green nature. A mature residential is adjacent to the complex area. The villas have large gardens with palm and banana trees and other tropical vegetation. This all contributes to a rich prospect up against the mountains.


The apartment in Benalmadena
The Mediterranean almost comes into the lounge through the panorama windows. The entire coast and the mountains can be enjoyed here from the sofa. There is open and modern kitchen in the wake of the lounge, so even here from the kitchen, the views are enjoyed to the full.

The apartment has two large bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are, as the rest of the apartment, very bright and spacious. It is the only rooms in the flat, which have wooden floors.



There is guest toilet in the hallway. All the bathrooms have Scandinavian design tiles.

From one bedroom and from the lounge, there is access to the large penthouse terrace.

Garden, pool and paddle
The complex consists of a few homes and a relatively large communal garden with large swimming pool. Here, there is shower and toilets.

The complex has also private paddle tennis court.

A large playground and have located only 3 minutes walk from the complex.


Walking distance to the mountain village Benalmadena Pueblo
This complex is located below the pleasant mountain village, Benalmadena Pueblo. There are 900 meters, but it is 900 metres with angle… in the right / wrong direction (depending on one’s attitude! – read ‘uphill’). Perfect to gather appetite to enjoy one of the cosy restaurants, located inside the village.

(The car is another alternative. In 3 minutes, we are at the village parking, where a windows elevator takes us up to the village square).

Benalmadena Pueblo is a mountain village in true Andalusian nature. Small, white houses lying along the winding pedestrian streets, where tapas bars and restaurants are juxtaposed. On the village square the restaurants are placed around the small fountain in the shelter of orange and lemon trees.

The village also has a panorama square from where you overlook the Mediterranean and the whole Benalmádena seaside and the surrounding mountains. This square also is also home for the village church.

The trip back home to our Scandinavian mini-complex is fast, just as steep, as it went uphill, just as comfortable, the downhill.


5 minutes to the golf course
Torrequebrada Golf is known to be one of the best of the many golf courses on the coast. The course is perhaps equally well known for its club house. On the terrace of the club house, you can enjoy a good meal from the club house restaurant meanwhile you contemplate the views of the golf course and the Mediterranean in the background. Torrequebrada Golf is located approximately 5 minutes drive from the complex.


Other distance
This complex is located 20 minutes from Malaga Airport, 15 minutes from Fuengirola and about 5 minutes from the Arroyo de la Miel, with the pleasant urban life, train station, ammusement park, shops and much more. The beach is some 10 minutes from the complex.
