Portals

Each site you tick is searched separately, so ticking more sites means a longer, bigger search. Sections marked Idealista only below only apply when Idealista is one of the selected sites — the other sites can currently only be searched by location and buy/rent.

Operation & location

Type the town or area name in lowercase with hyphens instead of spaces — e.g. marbella or san-pedro-de-alcantara.

Leave Municipality blank and pick a province here to search the entire region at once. This returns far more listings than a single town — expect a real, larger Apify cost, and it only works on Idealista (the other five sites don't support a province-wide search yet, so they're unticked automatically while this is set). Price, rooms, and other filters below aren't applied to a whole-province search itself (the search tool can't combine them) — it fetches everything in the province, and you can narrow that down afterward using the filters on the results page.

Saved searches

🗣 marks a search saved from an old description-based preset — loading one restores it too, not just the filters. Loading doesn't run anything, you still need to click Search.

Also labels this run in Properties → Searches, whether or not you save it — a plain date/time otherwise.
